Terms of service
The owner of the online shop Znoozee.ee (hereinafter referred to as the online shop) is Clicktogo OÜ (registry code 17244516), located at Allveelaeva 4, Tallinn, Estonia.
Term of sales contract and information about goods and prices
The sales terms apply to purchasing goods from the online shop.
The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price.
The fee for delivery of the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.
Information about the goods is provided in the online shop next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order goods, the requested goods should be added to the shopping cart. To finalise the order, the required data fields should be filled in and a suitable means of delivery chosen. The total price is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution presented at the checkout.
The contract enters into force once the amount subject to payment has been credited to the bank account of the online shop and we send you an order confirmation email.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to lack of stock or another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the cost paid (including delivery fees) will be refunded usually within 1-5 working days. Depending on the method of payment, the refund may take up to seven working days.
Payment
We accept payment via the payment methods displayed at checkout, including online bank links and card payments provided through Maksekeskus AS.
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Back to merchant" button on the bank's page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – in the bank's secure environment when paying with a bank link, and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS when paying by credit card. The Seller does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card data.
The Online Store is the owner processor of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment execution to the authorised processor, Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force when the amount due has been received in the Online Store's bank account and the customer has received a confirmation email.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid money (including the cost of delivery of the goods) will generally be refunded within 1–5 working days. Depending on the payment method, receipt of the funds may take up to 7 working days.
Shipping policy
Where we ship: We ship across the European Union using Omniva and DPD parcel terminal networks (and their local partners).
How to choose a carrier: At checkout you can choose the available delivery method and we will provide tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping cost
The delivery cost of the goods is borne by the buyer and the respective price information is displayed next to the delivery method at checkout.
Free shipping in Estonia for orders with a product total of €30 or more (before shipping). Free-shipping promotions are applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
For EU deliveries outside Estonia, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
In Estonia, parcels will normally arrive at the location specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Outside Estonia, goods are usually delivered within 5-10 calendar days after dispatch.
These are estimates, in exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within a time frame of up to 30 calendar days.
If the online shop has notified the buyer of delivery issues and a term exceeding 30 calendar days on their website or in the order confirmation, the term specified by the online shop applies.
Delivery problems & incorrect addresses
Please make sure you enter your shipping address and contact details correctly. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and additional shipping costs will apply.
If your parcel goes missing or there is a delivery issue, contact us at info@znoozee.ee with your order number and we’ll help track it with the carrier. Znoozee is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the online shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the buyer may not use the ordered goods in any other way than is necessary in order to examine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the same way the buyer would be allowed to test the goods in a physical shop.
If the products have been used in any other way than is necessary for the nature, characteristics or functionality of the goods or they have wear marks, the online shop has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in value of the goods.
How to return
In order to return the goods, the buyer should submit a withdrawal application by sending an email to info@znoozee.ee no later than 14 days of receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is the fact that the item being returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. an incorrect or defective item).
The buyer should return the goods within 7 days of submitting their withdrawal application to do so or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.
Having received the returned goods, the online shop refunds the buyer any amounts received from the buyer on the basis of the contract immediately but no later than within 14 days of receiving the application for withdrawal.
The online shop may refuse to process the refund until it receives the item that is the object of the contract.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery different from the most inexpensive normal method of delivery offered by the online shop, the online shop is not required to refund to the consumer the amount exceeding the cost of normal delivery.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your product is faulty or damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@znoozee.ee with photos and your order number. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund and will cover return shipping costs where the fault is ours.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request that the goods be returned by the buyer if the marked price of the goods in the online shop is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.
Limitation of Liability
Znoozee is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third-party services (delivery, payments), or technical issues beyond our control. Additionally:
Not a Medical Device: The znoozee is not a medical device. It is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including but not limited to chronic neck pain, cervical spine issues, or sleep apnea. If you have a pre-existing neck or back condition, consult a medical professional before use.
Suffocation and Child Safety Warning:
WARNING: Choking and suffucation hazard. Our products and their packaging are not toys. They must be kept out of reach of infants, toddlers, and small children. Do not use this pillow in cribs, strollers, or playpens. This product should only be used by individuals who are physically and mentally capable of removing the pillow themselves without assistance.
Proper Use and Fit: You are responsible for ensuring the pillow is used as intended. The adjustable closure should be used to provide support, not compression. Ensure the znoozee is not fitted so tightly as to restrict breathing or blood circulation to the head. If you experience any numbness, tingling, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
Material Allergies: The znoozee consists of memory foam and fabric covers. It is your responsibility to review the materials list (provided on the packaging) for potential allergens. Znoozee is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or respiratory issues arising from sensitivity to our product materials. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and using the Znoozee products, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Znoozee (and its directors, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any physical injury, health complication, or other damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product, including but not limited to injuries sustained while sleeping or in a moving vehicle.
Right to file a complaint
The online shop is liable for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for the defects which existed at the time of delivery of the item and which become evident within up to two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year after the item was delivered to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the online shop to disprove this.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to info@znoozee.ee
The online shop is not liable for defects that have occurred due to the consumer’s action or inaction (incorrect use, an accident, etc.) after the goods were delivered or in the case of normal wear and tear caused by normal use of the item.
If the goods purchased in the online shop have defects for which the online shop is liable, the online shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online shop will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.
The online shop responds to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing.
Data protection & Privacy
The online store uses personal data entered by the buyer solely to fulfil orders, manage payments, deliver products, and communicate with you. We will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to do so by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing communications.
Maksekeskus AS acts as an independent data controller when processing your payment. This means that Maksekeskus processes your personal data (such as name, payment details, and transaction information) in order to provide secure payment services, in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We may also share necessary data with logistics partners (Omniva, DPD and their EU partners) to fulfil delivery. We may use your contact details to send marketing communications if you have consented; you can unsubscribe at any time.
We will not sell your personal data to third parties.
Resolution of disputes
If a buyer has complaints regarding the online shop, they should send them via e-mail to info@znoozee.ee.
If the buyer and the online store fail to resolve a dispute by reaching an agreement, the buyer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural rules can be examined and an application can be filed. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorised to resolve disputes arising from the contract entered into between the buyer and the online shop. The buyer’s complaints are reviewed by the Committee free of charge. The buyer may turn to the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the EU.
