The pillow features a velcro closure at the front that allows you to easily customize the fit. You can adjust the tightness to find the perfect level of support for you.

Note that the primary goal is comfort and support, not compression. You should be able to wear the pillow without it feeling restrictive or tight against your throat.

For smaller necks, it's okay if the pillow feels a little bit big or has some space around the front when you wear it.
